We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven OutsideSales Representative with experience selling a product to join their lighting to sales team in the PA area. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping customers find the best lighting solutions for their needs. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Key **Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the LED lighting market.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Provide expert advice and consultation on LED lighting products and solutions.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients and stakeholders.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote the company and its products.Proven experience as a Sales Representative/business developmentExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.Strong knowledge of LED lighting products, technologies, and market trends is a plus.What We ***Competitive base salary with an attractive commission structure with performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.
