Key ResponsibilitiesCold calling potential clients to generate new business opportunitiesReaching out to prospects through platforms such as LinkedIn and other social channelsCollecting and analyzing data on potential companies to identify key decision-makers and sales leadsJob shadowing Senior Account Executives to gain insight into the sales process and client interactionsAssisting in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities for the companyBuilding and maintaining relationships with existing clients to support retention and growthParticipating in training sessions and applying newly learned skills to real-world sales activitiesQualificationsBachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferredFundamental mathematical proficiency is required Understanding of basic business fundamentals and financial acumenExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team membersA high level of persistence and drive to achieve sales targetsSales affinity and ability to think creatively about sales strategiesStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsAbility to quickly learn and apply new concepts and technologiesIntermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint capabilities is requiredShape the future with us!Embark on an exhilarating journey with CHG-MERIDIAN, contributing to our technology2use.
