An SDR at Breakthrough can expect a fast paced, team environment with great growth potential. Key Responsibilities:Product Mastery and Sales:Quickly learn and understand our real estate marketing technology products and services.Actively engage in the sales process to build relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present appropriate solutions.Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team revenue goals.Generate sales pipeline through outbound prospectingCultivate and convert inbound leads to one on one demonstrationsAssist with follow up and assist the Sales Account Executives with lead conversion.Strategic Growth:Maintain and organize the pipelineProvide pipeline reportsQualification of inbound and outbound leadsCustomer Relationship Management:Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads, prospects, and customer interactions.Qualifications:Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or marketing technology industry.At least one year experience as a sales development respresentativeStrong understanding of sales principles and techniques.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.A dynamic and supportive work environment.The chance to be part of an innovative company at the forefront of real estate marketing technology.Skills and Requirements:At least 1 year of inside sales development experience.1-3 years experience in SAS pipeline development preferred not requiredCRM.Online presentation experience. (Zoom, Teams, GoTo Meeting), preferred but not required.Experience with Apple software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Possess excellent organizational skills.Be able to work independently and make independent decisions.Possess the ability to effectively and tactfully communicate with personnel and customers.Have a high level of attention to detail..Positive and collaborative spirit.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year plus commissions.
