We offer support to families and individuals facing unexpected disabilities, providing expertise and access to resources.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Residential Program Director at Homeward Bound Inc. The Program Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of four residential homes, manage programs for individuals with disabilities, develop new initiatives, and ensure effective budgeting and resource allocation.QualificationsSupervisory Skills and Program Management expertiseExperience in Program Development and BudgetingStrong organizational and leadership abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively and make sound decisionsExperience working with individuals with disabilities is requiredBachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
