POSITION SUMMARYThe primary responsibility of the Account Executive portion of this position is to provide a superior level of customer service to personal lines accounts through daily interaction by responding to client needs and inquiries. The Account Executive is responsible for fostering both deep and broad relationships with clients. This position also oversees the renewal of personal insurance policies and client account maintenance with the goal being to obtain, retain, and round client accounts when exposure is identified. This is achieved through a consultative, value-based selling and delivering service which supports our company's core purpose. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSDevelop and maintain relationships with clients and carrier partners, ensuring superior service deliveryAccurately and efficiently handle service requests via phone and email, including information requests, technical questions, coverage inquiries, risk management resources, and billingDemonstrate a strong understanding of the agency management system, carrier websites, products, and coveragesIndependently manage accounts as the primary contact and collaborate with a Risk Advisor on accountsEngage in new business with Business Development, working with prospective clients while effectively managing the existing book of businessQUALIFICATIONSEducationHigh School diploma or equivalentAssociate or bachelor's degree in related field, preferredExperience2+ years of service experience in personal lines insuranceAccreditationWisconsin Property and Casualty insurance license required within 90 days of employment and maintained throughout the course of employment
