Your main responsibilities are to deliver value for customers by providing guidance and creating actionable Technology Strategies, Business Cases, Operational Models and best practices for Enterprise IT, focused on HCL's Digital Foundation Services which includes Digital Infrastructure and Digital workplace solutions. This role requires a blend of value creation and revenue generation.You will be taking the lead in customers engagement for HCL's strategic accounts (EN accounts) making sure all parts of the engagement are aligned to create valuable and actionable outputs to accelerate the customer's Digital foundation adoption and creating business value. You'll be working closely with customer's IT stakeholders as well as HCL internal teams being a trusted advisor delivering the right solutions to meet business needs.You will engage with HCL's pre-sales/practice teams and client partners to pro-actively identify opportunities leading to downstream revenue. As part of the engagement you will also work closely with architects embedded in these accounts to drive initiatives.Location:Onsite (Houston, US) Responsibilities:Help customers in their end-to-end Digital Foundation (Digital infrastructure and workplace solutions) journey right from strategy, migration, DevOps, modernization and optimization.Helping customers to create Digital Foundation (Digital infrastructure, workplace and Cybersecurity) strategy, adoption and roadmaps.Helping customers to create operational models and organisational structures to support Digital foundation services adoption.Building business cases, TCO and ROI models to support the initiatives.Work as a trust advisor for the customer, create and identify opportunities. Work with larger HCL teams (Pre-sales, practice teams, modernization teams etc) and ensure these opportunities are converted to projects with actions.Convert strategies and initiatives to actionable statement of work thus leading to tangible revenue for HCLSupport internal pre-sales and sales in customer conversations (tech days, Executive briefing session)Qualifications:Experience in similar customer facing role driving and engaging with senior stakeholders.Demonstratable skills to think strategically on business, technical, and organisational challenges.Highly analytical, with more than 15+ years of IT experienceExperience from delivering large-scale Digital Infrastructure and workplace change projects in highly complex enterprise environments.Independently drive customer conversation and willing to guide and collaborate with larger HCL teams.Drive thought leadership in accounts and drive innovation by understanding HCL capabilities/services and also conduct research and recommend bet fit solutionsStrong verbal and written communication skillsGood vertical knowledge in one of industries (Banking, Retail, Life Sciences, Manufacturing)Technical SkillsGood understanding of Data infrastructure solutions such as Hyper converged, Virtualization, Storage, SD WANGood understanding of Digital workplace strategy and solutionsExperience in one of the three major public clouds AWS, Azure or GCPWell versed with Hybrid Cloud security solutions, including Cloud native security.Experience in Cloud assessment, DC and Cloud migration approach and methodologies.Well versed with Cloud design patterns including Landing zones.Experience in Cloud native such as Kubernetes, DockerUnderstanding of Cloud native platforms such as OpenShift, PivotalPopular application middleware stacks and DatabasesGood understanding of Cloud service management/Operating modelsExperience in setting up DevOps strategy.Experience in application modernization 12 factor, Microservices etc.Understanding of Digital strategy approachDisclaimerHCL is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
