We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Account Manager to join our team and ensure that every project and client relationship thrives.Position Overview:As an Account Manager at iCatch Marketing, you will be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each specialist (e.g., Developer, Designer, Google Ad Manager, SEO Manager, Yelp Manager) delivers exceptional results and that communication with clients remains transparent and seamless. You will manage multiple projects and client accounts, ensuring deadlines are met, deliverables exceed expectations, and our clients feel valued and supported.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback promptly.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and ensuring our services align with their needs.Project Coordination:Oversee all active projects to ensure each team member (Web Development, Design. Digital Marketing) is meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions proactively.Communication:Act as the communication hub between clients and internal teams, ensuring information is conveyed accurately and efficiently.Provide clients with regular updates on campaign performance, progress, and next steps.Quality Assurance:Review deliverables from internal teams to ensure they meet client expectations and company standards before they are sent out.Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.Performance Tracking:Analyze campaign results and collaborate with internal teams to optimize strategies based on data and client objectives.Create and present performance reports to clients, showcasing results and insights.Requirements:2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar role in a digital marketing agency.Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including Google Ads, SEO, Yelp, and analytics.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.A proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello), and CRM systems.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience.Health insurance, dental and vision insurance.Company-matched retirement planning.Fitness package.Competitive vacation time.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and collaborative team culture.Office located in the heart of San Diego with great weather year-round!How to Apply: If youre passionate about client success, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for keeping projects running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you!
