With a strong commitment to quality, performance, and innovation, they strive to accelerate therapeutic breakthroughs.Job *We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our client's team, based in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding the customer base, strengthening relationships, and driving sales growth. Your contributions will directly support the company's mission of advancing scientific innovation.Essential *Drive commercial success through effective customer engagement, presentations, and communication.Partner with the Sales Director to develop and implement strategic sales plans.Build and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective customers.Translate technical information into solutions that address customer needs.Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, and Technical Support teams.Represent the company at industry tradeshows, association meetings, and networking events.Travel within the assigned territory (approximately 40-50%).Take on additional responsibilities as needed.Minimum *Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in the biotech industry, with a focus on recombinant proteins.Preferred *Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles.Knowledge, Skills, and *Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Sharp analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Passion for driving success and promoting company initiatives.Work ****Seattle, WA- Hybrid (2-3 days in-office, based on business needs).
