This role is crucial for developing and executing strategies that enhance profitability and sales performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.Create and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting key accounts.Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure high performance.Present the companys solutions to potential clients, highlighting their value.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.Deliver on financial targets and improve overall financial performance.Qualifications:Extensive experience (10+ years) in sales within the Data Center Solutions industry.Strong strategic planning and solution delivery skills.Proven leadership experience, with 5-10 years in a supervisory role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Bachelors degree required; MBA or MS in engineering is a plus.Willingness to travel up to 50%.Compensation: $350K OTE
