Our wealth management client based in Dallas, TX is in search of a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) that will oversee a national sales team that utilizes a broad spectrum of investment and insurance products to deliver comprehensive financial planning for their clients.These products ***** Traditional wealth management products, such as model portfolios, stocks, bonds, funds, SMAs and ETFs in addition to specialized vehicles like 401Ks, alternatives, fixed annuities, life insurance, complex insurance solutions and tax/estate planning.Company **Hybrid RIA and Broker-Dealer managing $5+B in AUM and $13B in Assets Under Care (AUC includes insurance product assets)CSO will have 20-30 Direct reports and growingU.S. is divided into 20 regions, each acting as a market hub with a Regional Leader in placeCSO will lead the W2, private wealth offices throughout the US with occasional travel requiredJob *CSO will manage Regional Leaders directly and help recruit talent into the regions. Primary driver of activity for sales team nationallyTrain, recruit, set goals, review goals (drive accountability), creates campaigns, comes up with budgets and tracks sales pipeline in Salesforce.Manage executions and drive sales processes for regionsUtilize Salesforce and ensure maximum use & effectivenessRun regional P&L and budgets Partner and direct regional product specialists in their activities**** The CSO doesn't need to be a technical expert in each of the product offerings (they have experts on their team), but should have proficiency in wealth management, insurance, corporate retirement plans and tax/estate planning*****10+ years in wealth management industry with at least 5 years in sales managementSeries 7, 65 or 66 licensesLife and Health insurance licensesAbility to work in Dallas office daily with occasional travelProven history of training and talent developmentDisciplined adherence to following consistent systems and processes with the utilization of available tech stack
