Come build with us.**At the Bloc, a Senior Account Manager is responsible for maintaining lines of communication between the client and the Agency. You understand our processes inside and out and have the ability to build relationships internally and externally. You're self-motivated and always looking for opportunities to grow and you'll roll up your sleeves and get involved whenever you can. **Provide day-to-day support to your supervisor, drafting documents like project briefs, contact reports, competitive updates, etcPartner closely with Project Management to develop, track and maintain work plans/timelines, and deadlines against approved tactical planPrepare status reports for internal and external distribution Participate in creative review meetings and evaluate tactics and ideas put forth based on alignment to approved brief and previous client feedbackAttend MLR meetings, helping to prepare files for review, taking notes, and ensuring the team incorporates changes adequatelyApprove all invoices for jobs and circulate to client for appropriate approvalsRegularly track budgets and ensure accurate monthly billing Develop an understanding of product indications, data, market research, brand plans, and competitive knowledge to suggest ways to make our deliverables more effectiveCollaborate with team members, the broader agency and client brand teams to go the best work possibleMentor and provide direction to junior team membersDevelop creative and strategic thinking skills Ensure adherence to internal agency policies and procedures Support new business pitchesRequirementsBachelor's degree required in a relevant field3+ years Agency or related healthcare/pharmaceutical experience requiredDemonstrate strong problem solving skills Strong Analytical and conceptual skillsStrong writing and effective communication skillsAbility to work well within a teamStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsThe Bloc provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law.
