Executive Director

The Executive Director of Focus On Renewal (FOR) is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan of the client. They will serve as the key management leader and spokesperson, driving the mission to foster vitality and growth in the Sto-Rox communities. Key responsibilities include fundraising, board development, human resources, financial oversight, program management, and community engagement.The ED will develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure financial support from individuals, foundations, corporations, and government entities. They will cultivate and nurture relationships with donors to ensure sustained financial health and growth, as well as oversee grant writing and reporting processes to maximize funding opportunities. Additionally, the ED will organize and participate in fundraising events and campaigns to support the clients mission.Overall, the Executive Director will play a crucial role in leading the client towards its goal of fostering vitality and growth in the Sto-Rox communities. They will work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure the organizations success through effective fundraising, program management, and community engagement efforts. The ED will serve as a key figure in representing the client and building relationships with stakeholders to support the organizations mission.
