As part of a growing, tight-knit, and talented team of creative and marketing professionals, this Senior Strategic Account Manager will be the champion of client success and an integral part of everything we do.Core ResponsibilitiesBuild and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted marketing advisor.Partner with senior leaders/strategists to develop, present and implement multi-channel strategic marketing plans and programs that deliver business results for clients and solidify the agency/client partnershipBecome the champion of client success with a CMO mindset. Defining key success metrics that drive client business health and growth.Identify, troubleshoot, and solve challenges proactively to achieve client marketing and sales goals, building credibility through expert counsel and reliable execution.Advocate for client needs across internal teams to enhance the overall customer journey, emphasizing optimal customer experiences, brand awareness and lead generation initiatives.Oversee client onboarding, developing comprehensive short and long term strategic plans, and manage the development and execution of marketing campaigns.Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including creative, digital, media, and production to ensure strategic, timely, and budget-conscious delivery of all work.Lead the development and presentation of Statements of Work (SOWs), project briefs, media plans, messaging frameworks, press materials, web content, and other client assets.Identify project challenges early and leverage project management expertise, strategic thinking, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve them efficiently.Manage project budgets with production teams, ensuring any overages are identified, timelines are adhered to, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are met.Contribute to business growth by uncovering new opportunities within existing client relationships, drafting proposals, and delivering impactful presentations.Stay up-to-date on client industries, market trends, and new developments in advertising, marketing, and digital technologies.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of digital media, social strategy, insights, and analytics to drive informed decision-making.General ResponsibilitiesCommit to making Overit the best company it can be by contributing innovative ideas and solutions.Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Act promptly to address and resolve client concerns and needs.Represent Overit positively at industry events and foster strong, effective communication with clients and vendors.Promote collaboration across the organization, embracing teamwork and mutual support to deliver the best outcomes.Uphold a professional and positive work environment that boosts team morale.We believe in: Overit is a full-service marketing agency known for revitalizing recognizable brands and energizing household names.
