ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute account plans, addressing gaps and driving performance.Collaborate with the sales team to maximize account success and lead customer meetings.Communicate sales strategies, processes, and priorities to ensure goal alignment.Coach sales representatives on relationship-building and service improvements.Manage key accounts and deliver compelling sales presentations.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.Address communication and process barriers to optimize efficiency.Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales strategies.Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring compliance with credit policies.Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and logistics teams.Drive revenue growth to meet or exceed sales and margin targets.Perform additional duties as required.RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of sales experience with at least 1 year in leadership or management.Proven success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.Experience in retail, Dairy, CPG, or related industries.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.Excellent customer service and organizational skills.Must be fluent in English
