You will be able to provide coverage for auto, home, life, health, businesses and more! We have over 100 different product options.Apply Sales Practices: call on leads and speak to people who are actively looking for insurance, follow up with prospects that youve spoken with, and meet monthly sales requirements.Build Lasting Relationships: were not looking to just compare prices. We want to get to know our customers on a personal level and be able to build on that relationship for long period of time.Become An Expert: were not expecting you to come into the business knowing everything there is to know about insurance, and were here to teach you! Utilize training and resources to become a professional in the industry.Be Active in The Community: participate in marketing activities that may include business donations, festivals, home shows, visiting referral sources etc.Become An Agent Aspirant: if you choose to take a path of opening your own business (not required), you will be provided with one-on-one training to learn the business side of agency.
