This is a direct hire opportunity.Key *Sales Growth & Business * Manage existing accounts, identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and generate new leads through calls, emails, and other channels. Present solutions tailored to customer needs.Customer Relationship * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and inquiries resolved. Follow up on orders and quotes to guarantee satisfaction and conversion.Order Processing & * Accurately process orders and collaborate with production and shipping teams to ensure timely deliveries.Sales * Maintain accurate sales records, provide regular forecasts, and report on trends, opportunities, and challenges.Team * Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics to enhance the customer experience and improve processes.Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role, ideally within manufacturing or construction.Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.High school diploma required; business-related degree is a plus.What We ***Competitive salary and performance bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package (health, retirement, PTO).Career growth opportunities in a supportive environment.
