Our Chief Sales Officer leads our enterprise sales organization across multiple locations and diverse lines of business. In this new position, you will lead a high-performing sales organization to enable the companys growth objectives.Location RequirementWe are only considering local candidates who possess a deep understanding of DC Metro healthcare.DutiesLead Enterprise ** Oversee multi-location sales organizations for home health care, personal care, hospice/palliative, Medicare GUIDE and PACE dual eligibles.Market * Identify and implement new services and geographic expansion opportunities in collaboration with company stakeholders.Team * Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performance field and inside sales team.Sales Tools * Deploy CRM, AI and digital marketing tools to enhance sales efforts.Cultivate * Personal, active engagement with C-suite executives and referral partners to forge long-lasting partnerships, particularly ACOs, hospital systems and managed care.Revenue * Execute a structured process for revenue and ROIC forecasting.Senior Staff * Provide detailed revenue guidance in weekly senior staff meetings.QualificationsProven *Extensive experience in building and leading successful healthcare sales organizations.Track Record of *Demonstrated ability to exceed company revenue and profit targets.Mentorship *Ability to mentor sales professionals at all levels, from directors to frontline staff.Strategic *A strategic thinker with a proven ability to execute and achieve results.Presentation *Exceptional presentation and communication skills.Ethical ****Unwavering commitment to ethical, trustworthy and compliant sales practices.
