This role oversees all stages of the imagery process post-photoshoot, including ensuring all required files have been received & uploaded by techs, assets are organized appropriately in the editorial DAM, and the tools & teams are consistently serviced. This position plays a core role on the Creative Operations team, ensuring our creative partners are appropriately set up for success as they execute the build of creative content and the retouching processes to support it. Serve as the editorial DAM subject matter expert & admin, inclusive of: User account management Troubleshooting user issues Managing back-end errors and/or outages Onboarding users to the software Feature enhancements, updates and change management with internal & external partners Partner with Director of Shoot Production to understand the upcoming shoots calendar, contract negotiations and tech contacts Manage, own & maintain tech guidelines Assign shot numbers to final shot lists as an input into the photoshoots Assist team with product tracking and floorset launch timelines Support editorial team with the Art Release process via Image Retouching Briefs Facilitate pre-pro calls with techs pre-shoot to ensure on-set partners are tracking to our requirements Enter metadata into the editorial DAM upon asset ingestion Work closely and collaboratively with Creative and Pre-Media partners to ensure they have everything they need to build content & retouch imagery Ownership & maintenance of stock imagery purchases into & inside of the editorial DAM Own distro set up and communication of shotlist and final assets Facilitate internal & external talent (ie. models/photographers) asset requests Creation of one-pagers, decks, and other requested documents as needed *Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered. * *Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements. * Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
