Read blueprints, perform first-piece inspections, and maintain high-quality standards. Troubleshoot, adjust, and collaborate to meet production goals. What You Bring: 5+ years of CNC setup and operation experience. Strong blueprint reading, GD&T, and measuring tool skills. Communication and teamwork skills, especially on the night shift.
