This compliance-driven role involves entering authorization codes and CPT modifiers into patient charts with a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Accurately input authorization codes and CPT modifiers into patient records. Ensure compliance with medical data entry standards and regulations. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Communicate effectively with team members and medical staff. Qualifications: Prior experience in medical data entry preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Reliable and able to work independently.
