Commercial Associate MO

Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, business torts, and other business disputes. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. Provide strategic legal advice to clients and develop effective case strategies. Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to ensure the best outcomes for clients. Attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations as required. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
