They specialize in unlocking growth in lower-middle market enterprise software and tech-enabled services companies through control investments, further developing already-great businesses into market leaders. Led by a team of tech-focused investors and industry operators, they inject capital, operational resources, and playbooks into recession-resistant businesses to rapidly unlock transformational growth and deliver superior risk-adjusted returns to their investment partners and management teams. Description Location: New York City Successful candidates will have a creative, analytical mind and possess an aptitude to understand B2B software and technology-enabled services businesses across verticals. Here is what you will do: Find and connect with interesting companies and their CEOs that fit within their target profile. Build financial models, research industry dynamics, and write investment memorandums for potential investment opportunities. Analyze companies during the deal-making and due diligence process by developing a deep understanding of their customers, sales process, lead generation, churn, product positioning, competition, team, and market. Assist in managing the deal-making process, including working with lawyers, accountants, and consultants. Work with the Board of portfolio companies post-transaction to improve operational efficiencies, sales & marketing workflows, and financial management. Youre likely a great fit if you have: 4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years of buyside investment experience Ideally, experience in buyouts of B2B enterprise software or tech-enabled services businesses. Strong financial modeling and due diligence acumen across multiple transaction types. Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with extreme attention to detail.
