Key **- Deliver a positive in-store experience by providing styling expertise to clients.- Educate clients about AHLEMs products, philosophy, values, and brand culture.- Build and maintain a loyal client book through strong relationships with customers. - Responsible for reaching and exceeding sales goals regularly.- Assist management in various operational duties.- Serve as an AHLEM expert in selecting frames and lenses best suited to specific needs, style, and RX.- Responsible for taking and recording measurements such as bridge and eye size, temple length, and pupillary distance using the appropriate tools.- Manage work orders for lab technicians to ensure the accuracy and delivery of client prescription lenses.- Ensures completed eyewear meets AHLEM standards.- NY State-licensed optician is mandatory- 2+ years sales experience in luxury eyewear or high-end luxury retail.- Flexible schedule and available to work weekends.- Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude.***- Medical, Dental, and Vision.- Paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.For consideration, please email your resume and a cover letter to josette@
