Status: Full-time and Part-Time Opportunities AvailableSetting: School Based --Clinic and In-Home options are also available$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS, $10,000 YEARLY PERFORMANCE BONUS--For Full-Time BCBAsFirst Children Services is currently seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! We are a family-owned, family-operated, and family-focused organization. Our STRIVE Autism Center is a multi-site, behavioral health and ABA center. At STRIVE, we provide diagnostic evaluations, followed with evidence-based therapeutic services such as psychotherapy and ABA. While also providing full circle support through behavioral parent training and outreach. Our Strive Centers comprise up to 10+ playrooms, including art therapy, music therapy, sensory room, gross motor room, circle time area, plus much more! We've created an environment where our clients and staff love to be, resulting in better outcomes.Day to Day primary functions:Coordinate with all instructional treatment team membersProvide consultation within the schools in conjunction with administrators, child study team members, teachers and other school personnelParticipate in family meetings and conduct parent trainings/family guidanceProvide interactive therapeutic solutions to reduce maladaptive behaviorsUtilize applied behavior analysis to develop a functional, individualized behavioral programProvide direct training and supervision to clinical support team and techniciansManage client dataWhat we require from you:Masters degree in psychology, special education, or related fieldActive BCBA CertificationStrong interpersonal and documentation skills2+ years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrumConduct functional Behavioral AssessmentsCreate programs and Behavior Intervention plans.Complete skill assessments: ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP and AFLSProvide parent trainingPractical support and leadership skillsWhat we have to offer you:Exceptional Company CultureFlexible Billable Hour Requirement, you choose what you want to work!Competitive salary aligned with billable hour requirementAnnual Performance-based Incentive (average $5000 per year)Monthly individualized supervision and coaching from leadership both on site and individual meetingsMedical/Dental/Vision, 401K, and much more!PTO and Sick TimeCEU reimbursement and travel reimbursementOpportunities to attend ABA ConferencesOpportunities for advancementCome discover endless opportunities with us!First Children Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
