Clinic Director

Clinic Director LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Clinic Director for our healthcare client located in Sacramento. This position will be 100% onsite near the midtown area and will be full-time, Monday-Friday, and a contract-to-hire opportunity.This position will oversee all aspects of our clients clinic environment, including overseeing providers and staff, ensuring regulations and compliances are followed, and maintaining operational budgets. This will be a high-volume clinic and interested candidates must feel comfortable working within a fast-paced, clinic environment.Requirements Bachelors Degree required, Masters in Healthcare Administration or similar field strongly desiredMinimum 5 years experience managing a clinic environmentMust be proficient within Microsoft Office - especially Excel - as well as EMR SystemsSkills Proven leadership ability and able to work well with a wide array of individualsStrong written and verbal communications skillsAble to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment overseeing others performance management and clinic operationsUnderstanding of contract rules and regulations and able to implement changes as neededAble to handle fiscal operations in an efficient and revenue generating manner(Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
