Let's get started today!About the RoleWe seek a dynamic Outside Sales Account Executive to promote, sell, and secure new business. The primary responsibilities of our salesperson include, but are not limited to, making inside and outside sales calls, cold calling, generating new leads, sales visits, sales presentations, soliciting new business, and attaining sales goals.ResponsibilitiesPrioritize sale activities and territory management to ensure optimum penetration and profitability.Prospecting and developing new client relationshipsPrepare proposals and deliver presentations to potential clients and current clients.Achieve assigned sales revenue and gross margin goals.Form a working relationship with the recruiting teamUse company-provided CRM to document sales activitiesClient Satisfaction FunctionsDevelop and maintain strong client relationships.Could you follow through on client orders?Work closely with clients to ensure Cardinal service standards are being met.Professionally resolves client disputes without losing sight of the mission.QualificationsDemonstrated successful track record in sales and closing business.Previous experience with B2B sales preferred.Excellent communication skills.Strong computer skills.Ability to organize, prioritize, and calmly handle stressful situations.Goal-oriented, self-motivated with high drive, energy, and persistence.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.2+ years experience in marketing, sales, and the staffing industry or related field.Associate Degree in Sales & Marketing or a similar field or equivalent work experience.Pay range and compensation packagePay: $68k to 75k + Commission PackageBenefits:401(k) matchingHealth insuranceLife insuranceMileage reimbursementPaid time offVision insuranceEqual Opportunity StatementSureStaff is an equal opportunity employer.
