ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Grow and Develop the Business. Prospect and cultivate new sales leads· Meet weekly sales activities which include Cold Calls, Door pulls and FTA's· Research companies, identifying key players, generating interest, and developing accounts· Building sales pipeline by scheduling meetings with qualified prospects· Growing brand awareness and new business opportunities by prospecting· Interacting with prospects via channels such as telephone, email, and social media· Acquire and set up new meetings with target clients· Collaborate with key decision makers to initiate the start of internal sales cycle· Execute outreach campaigns using phone, email, and social mediaDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS· Experience. Sales experience with a track record of forward-thinking responsibility· Interpersonal Skills. Excellent motivator and team builder. Ability to form strong social relationships and effectively communicate with both internal and external audiences· Selling Skills. Must possess persuasive selling skills and knowledge· Technology Skills. Must display knowledge of and ability to use computer applications· Hunter sales mentality - goal driven and self-motivated· New business-to-business (B2B) sales experience· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)REQUIREMENTS· Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)· 1-3 years of progressive sales experience (Proven Track Record of Success)· Capacity to work productively and successfully in a fast-paced environment· Self-directed, adaptable, and positive· Excellent communication, presentation, listening skills· Superior work ethic and high energy level· Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License
