Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and scalability. You will be the architect of our revenue engine, leveraging data, systems, and processes to accelerate growth.Key *Strategic * Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy to optimize the entire revenue funnel.Data-Driven * Establish and oversee analytics frameworks, providing actionable insights into pipeline health, forecasting, and key performance metrics.Process * Identify inefficiencies across sales, marketing, and customer success processes; implement scalable solutions.Technology * Own and optimize the tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools) to drive alignment and efficiency. Serve as a trusted partner to the executive team, ensuring cross-functional alignment on revenue objectives.Team ** Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing RevOps team as the organization scales.*8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a high-growth SaaS environment.Deep expertise in scaling revenue processes and implementing operational frameworks.Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally.Start-up ** agile, resourceful, and results-driven.Must be based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.
