This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the rapidly growing crypto payments sector.Key *Lead Sales **** Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities in crypto payments for industries such as fintech, banking, e-commerce, and retail.Client Acquisition & Relationship ***** Identify, engage, and close high-value deals with key stakeholders in the crypto, payments, and financial services sectors.Partnership ***** Cultivate strong relationships with strategic partners, including crypto exchanges, financial institutions, and payment providers to enhance market reach and growth opportunities.Team ***** Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, including SDRs and sales reps, to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.Market Research & ***** Stay abreast of the latest trends in crypto payments, blockchain technology, and fintech innovations to ensure our solutions remain competitive and cutting-edge.Cross-Functional ***** Work closely with marketing, product, compliance, and operations teams to align on strategies, product offerings, and customer needs.**** 7+ years in business development, with significant experience in payment processing, fintech, or crypto-related roles.Crypto ***** Strong understanding of crypto payment systems, including experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain technology, and digital asset payments.Sales ***** Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams to meet and exceed sales targets.Strategic ***** Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing complex sales cycles.Industry ***** Experience working with financial institutions, crypto companies, payment providers, or fintech startups.Communication & Negotiation ***** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate high-stakes deals.***** Remote, with the ability to travel as needed.*****Competitive salary, with performance-based incentives and commissions.
