We are looking for a Collaboration & Partnership Account Coordinator to support and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations for our agency's CPG brand clients. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can facilitate brand partnerships, coordinate influencer and affiliate collaborations, and support cross-functional initiatives that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.As an Account Coordinator, you will assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, influencers, and agencies while ensuring seamless execution of partnership agreements and activations. You will also play a key role in monitoring performance metrics and optimizing collaboration strategies.Key Responsibilities:Partnership & Collaboration ManagementAssist in identifying and onboarding strategic partners, influencers, and brand collaborators that align with CPG clients goals.Support the execution of partnership agreements, ensuring deliverables are met and campaigns run smoothly.Maintain strong relationships with external collaborators, vendors, and agencies to enhance brand visibility.Coordinate cross-promotional initiatives with other brands, content creators, and media outlets.Account Coordination & Client SupportServe as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth communication.Support the development of pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for new partnership opportunities.Track, organize, and document partnership agreements, deliverables, and reporting.Provide regular updates to internal and client teams on campaign progress and partnership performance.Project & Campaign ExecutionManage project timelines, deliverables, and execution of partnership marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.Coordinate the creative asset approval process between partners and brand clients.Ensure that influencer and partner content aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory compliance (e.g., FTC disclosures).Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to support content production for campaigns.Performance Tracking & OptimizationMonitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, influencer activations, and collaborations using relevant KPIs.Generate reports and insights to optimize future partnerships and recommend improvements.Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging collaboration opportunities within the CPG space.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in account coordination, partnerships, influencer marketing, or brand collaborations (agency experience preferred).Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, CRM tools, and campaign tracking software.Understanding of CPG industry trends and best practices in brand partnerships.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.Passion for collaboration, creativity, and driving brand growth through strategic partnerships.Why Join Us?Work with leading CPG brands on exciting partnership initiatives.Be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-growing agency team.Gain hands-on experience in brand collaborations, influencer marketing, and partnership strategy.Opportunity for career growth and professional development.
