This position requires someone that is well versed and experienced in commercial construction, has excellent communication skills, experience in negotiating, and aligns with our core values of Positivity, Integrity, and Grit.Key ResponsibilitiesPosition will report directly to President Stanton WardBecome well versed in Ward-Humphrey experience, team, and goalsDevelop and strengthen relationships with current clientsDevelop strategy for business growth and development with leadershipAttend bi-weekly leadership meetings and provide update on progress of goalsDevelop relationships with new clients in target markets Attend OAC meetings as frequently as possible to meet clients and become familiar with project statusAttend local industry specific events to build relationshipsAttend trade shows for specific target market eventsDevelop, track, and maintain a target list of projects and proposalsThis position is ultimately responsible for RFP performanceWork with proposal coordinator to ensure all bid requirements are completedWrite all projective narratives with assistance from preconstructionConduct debriefs on all RFP's with clients to understand where we can improve and provide written feedback to leadershipAttend and participate in all project hand-off meetings with preconstruction and operationsBenefitsCompetitive pay and bonus structureMatching 401K PlanHealth/Vision/Dental Insurance PlanVehicle allowance and gas cardFun team environment where we work hard and have a good time
