Summary: Millennium Information Tek is seeking a Product Specialist on behalf of their client,the Georgia Superior Court Clerk's Cooperative Authority (GSCCCA). The Product Specialist serves as a subject matter expert for GSCCCA products and programs, evaluating and ensuring quality control and compliance. The Product Specialist provides application and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders. In addition to those duties, the Specialist will develop, update, and deliver training courses. This individual will conduct data analysis, compose reports, and offer assistance as a cross-functional liaison for various departments, projects, and programs. Duties and Responsibilities: Functions as a subject matter expert for GSCCCA products Provides broad administrative and application support (eCertification, eFile, eFile ID Verification, E-Invoicing, ePay)Checks daily reports and performs data analysis, data interpretation, and relays findings for further reviewMonitors and responds to department email inboxesConducts regular status checks and runs administrative queries of eFile (Real Estate, UCC) looking for variances, exceptions, continues with proactive outreach as neededActs as subject matter expert of Real Estate Indexing Standardso Pass Real Estate Indexing Standards Certification examo Maintains strong knowledge of Standardso Applies Standards to transmitted data utilizing internal quality control and compliance programs Assists with the operation of various Historical Indexing Projects, including both GSCCCA sponsored and voluntary initiativesMonitors internal processes, seeking areas of improvement in an effort to enhance quality controls Acts as backup for Product Management staffInterfaces with Superior Court Clerks, associated staff, and vendors to provide technical and project assistance, along with other relevant updatesAssists with developing, updating, and delivering training materialsConducts general training course maintenanceActs as subject matter expert and manages administrative duties related to all Product Management areasAssesses clerk program compliance and collaborates internally to determine the appropriate outreachComposes and delivers reports to management regarding clerk complianceOther job-related duties as assignedSkills and Competencies:Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to adapt, innovate and solve problems efficientlySuperb verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding customer service aptitude, telephone, and email etiquetteExcellent interpersonal and public speaking skillsAbility to analyze, interpret, and report dataStrong time management skillsWorks well independently or in a collaborative settingStrong critical thinking skillsAbility to skillfully manage competing prioritiesEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 4 years of professional experience Experience using Microsoft 365 requiredFamiliarity with project management software a plusBackground working with real estate or legal documents a plus
