Head of Finance

Lead the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and risk management. Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive cross-functional initiatives and achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of financial leadership in a complex, mission-driven organization. They will possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. A minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. A CPA or MBA is preferred.
