FASHIONGO is part of NHN Global.TeamCore Account ManagementResponsibilitiesProvide total account management; manage and maintain good relationships with sellers, sell corporate programsConducting market research, attending trade shows, new seller meetings, and creating NVA follow-up reports.Analyze information (seller KPI, statistical data) and make information-based recommendationsManage vendors accounts, be accountable for sellers performance, including but not limited, to sellers sales development on our platforms, order fulfillment processing, void order rate, sellers rating, and content quality overall.QualificationsBilingual in Korean and English5+ years of relevant professional account managing experience in the B2B fashion industry or 5+ years of eCommerce work experience in B2C and B2B salesBA/BS in related fieldDemonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsOutstanding analytical skills and data-driven mindset, detail-orientedExcellent communication and relationship skills, ability to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively as a teamDemonstrated experience with vendor management and account managementExceptional email and telephone communication skills necessaryBenefitsAnnual incentive bonusMedical/Dental/Vision coverage for the employee and their dependent families (0% deduction)401(k)Life insuranceAccidental Death & Dismemberment coverageLong-term disability benefitsHealth & Dependent Care FSAPTO - 15days for the 1st year (+1day every year).
