Account Coordinator(On-site/Hybrid)An Account Coordinator is responsible for making sure client and customer needs are being met and understood by each department in the company. Their duties include handling any client complaints, working to find solutions to any client issues and managing other departments to foster a positive client-company relationship.Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organizationCommunicating with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressedBuilding strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customersCollaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requestsWork closely with internal and external partners to ensure all client requests are completed in a timely mannerResolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desiresActing as the client's representative in a firm to ensure their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experienceAssist franchisee on the onboarding process; design, training, supply orders, grand opening.Assist with supply chain ***** placing orders, coordinating with warehouse delivery schedules and handling any customer service issues.Required skills and qualificationsBachelors degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailFluent in Chinese and EnglishPreferred skills and qualificationsProven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedbackProficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Sales Force or Copper.
