Position **Sales and Marketing (salary + commission) for homecare services to potential clients, referred by case managers, social workers, physicians, other referral sources and community members regarding functions and benefits of homecare services. Once receiving a lead for a family in need, you will meet directly with the family to further educate them on homecare and the benefits of choosing Advantage Private Home Care. Participates in program development and contracting, while maintaining compliance with all reimbursement guidelines, as well as all Advantage policy and procedures.EXPERIENCE WITH SW & CM RELATIONSHIPS IN MAJOR HOSPITALS/NURSING REHABS IS BENEFICIAL. **** DEKALB, GWINNETT, AND FULTON COUNTYPosition *Bachelors degreeMinimum of one year home care or healthcare experience within the last two yearsComplies with accepted professional standards and practiceExcellent knowledge of home care scope of services and third-party reimbursementKnowledge of State, Federal, Local and accreditation home care standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsReliable transportationDemonstrates ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnelResponsible * Owner and PresidentPerformance ****Support Owner and President in the development and execution of our growth strategy and core valuesDevelops sound working relationships with caregivers, clients, physicians, case managers, referral sources and community members in order to facilitate the home care referral processEducates caregivers, clients, physicians, case managers, referral sources and community members regarding the benefits of home care services and appropriate patients to refer to home careMakes contact with other home care providers and patient financially responsible parties regarding service agreements and financial arrangements to ensure appropriate services are deemed necessary to meet the needs of the patientsPromotes open communication between all departments to ensure proper implementation of new contractsCommunicates all occurrences and other pertinent information to Owner and President including changes in health care community and makes recommendations on ways to meet Advantage goals while maintaining compliance with State, Federal and accreditation body guidelinesEnsure personnel development including orientation, in-service education and continuing educationAssist and participate in Fiscal planning, budgeting and managementAdheres to policies and procedures as well as Advantage goals and objectivesDemonstrates professional behavior and serves as a role model to staff at all timesIdentifies discharge planning needs when applicableWork with Nurse Supervisors to insure optimal clinical outcomes for all clients
