Key Responsibilities: Identify, assess, and prioritize risks to the organization. Develop and implement risk management plans and strategies. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, audit, and operations. Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and standards. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management or a related field. Professional certifications, such as CRMA, CRM, or FRM. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in risk management software and tools. Nice to Have: Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks. Knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and institutions. Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
