The Position: We are seeking a Territory Manager for our StockCap/GripWorks division. As Territory Manager you will utilize your skills and experience to grow an existing territory comprised of a large, diverse customer base. As a leader in our industry, we have an extensive training program, state of the art production facility, and an exciting, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Achieving/exceeding annual sales targetsConsistently identify new sources of business through prospecting and mining of existing accountsBuild and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsWork in close contact with support team to develop new businessDevelop strategies to enhance margins and gain market shareProvide realistic forecasts to the management teamIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Answer incoming sales calls. Pass inquiries to the Business Development Manager when qualified as a Top, or potential Top account Performs other related duties as required.
