We are looking for a Director of Organic Growth to drive the discoverability and revenue generation of our organic assets. This role is critical in ensuring that our website, app, and new discovery channels not only capture traffic, but also convert it into meaningful business results.As we continue to expand our digital footprint, you will be at the forefront of integrating organic growth into every facet of our business, driving innovation, and ensuring that we remain ahead of the curve in the evolving digital this role you'llLead the development and execution of a comprehensive SEO strategy aimed at maximizing organic traffic from search engines, ensuring that our brand remains highly discoverable and competitiveEstablish, track, and be accountable for the key business metrics that define success in organic growth. Your ability to set clear goals and measure progress will be crucial in driving the impact of organic initiatives.Explore and establish our presence on emerging discovery channels, ensuring we are early adopters and leadersCraft and execute a content strategy that is deeply aligned with our business goals and overall brand visionWork closely with our Growth squads, Brand, and Comms teams to amplify the reach and visibility of our content, creating a cohesive and unified approach to growth across all channelsBe responsible for setting and communicating the long-term vision for organic growth within the company, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with this overarching goalManage a team of specialists including SEO, Content, and Analytics experts, as well as external partners and suppliers, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvementWhat you'll need8+ years minimum in foundational marketing, with deep expertise in content marketing, SEO, or product marketing2+ years minimum managing and leading a team of 5+Demonstrated success in building and scaling revenue-generating organic assets from ideation through executionA keen understanding of the digital ecosystem, including the challenges and nuances of measuring organic performanceProven experience in managing and developing cross-functional teams, and an ability to inspire and lead in a fast-paced environmentExperience owning and being accountable for core business metrics, with a track record of delivering measurable resultsExpertise in managing multiple stakeholders, including upward management and collaboration with executive teamsComfortable with technical aspects of SEO and content, willing to dive deep into the details when necessaryData-driven and an analytical thinkerAbility to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a weekEnthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI - a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture*Please note that we are unable to sponsor applicants for work visasLemonades US base salary range for this full-time position is $170,000 - $200,000 plus equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
