Candidate Profile: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. New York Bar Admission or the ability to waive in. LL.M. and strong tax background required (link removed)> 24 years of substantive law firm experience in trust and estates law. Demonstrated drafting and estate administration skills , including experience with complex wills and trusts (link removed)> Proficiency in preparing client presentations , tax calculations and analysis , and administering estates from probate through closing (link removed)> Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage client contact. Supervisory skills to direct paralegals in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Advise high-net-worth clients on trust and estate matters, including estate planning, tax strategies, and administration. Draft complex wills and trusts tailored to client needs. Manage the administration of estates from probate through final closing, ensuring all tax filings and legal requirements are met.
