REGIONAL NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

Lotus Seattle Corp in Seattle, Washington is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Regional National Sales Manager. We are looking for someone who can connect with clients and help them achieve their business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have an enthusiastic and outgoing personality, along with a drive to succeed.Responsibilities will include:Responsible for oversight of national Sales Management and growth.Generate revenue for the stations and meet monthly goals on a national levelCreate and oversee sales plan for national to grow market share and maximize revenueUse market data, statistics and trends to establish national sales goals,Tracking and analyzing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses.Networking with potential and existing business partners and clientsThis position is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic advertising partnerships with national advertisers and agencies on West CoastManage and proactively sell to national advertisers as well as carry a local sellers listMeet quarterly and annual revenue goalsQualifications:Strong organizational, written, and presentation skillsProficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to build and maintain positive customer relationshipsCompetitive, persuasive, energetic and self-motivated traitsAbility to overcome objectionsWorking knowledge of new media, digital interactive initiatives and social media requiredOutside media sales experience preferred, but not requiredThorough understanding of digital marketing principlesSolid comprehension of programmatic display and video advertising platforms including various forms of audience targeting, geo-fencing and OTTWell-versed in SEM (Search Engine Marketing)Demonstrated proficiency in using social platforms to achieve marketing goalsStrong ability to leverage campaign data to renew and grow businessEnjoy a fast-paced environment with a desire to winProfessional appearance a mustDegree in Business or a related field preferredMust have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and good driving recordCompensation: · $120,000 to $150,000 Salary plus bonus, based on experience.This role is also eligible for various benefits, including the following: · Medical Insurance· Dental Insurance· Vision· Basic Life Insurance· 401K Plan· Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at no cost - services include telephonic counseling sessions, consultation on legal and financial matters, emotional well-being.· A range of additional voluntary programs, such as spending accounts, short and long term disability and others.· Accrued vacation and sick time.ABOUT US:Lotus Seattle Corp. is a subsidiary of Lotus Communications Corp. and is a media, entertainment and digital marketing services company that owns and operates radio properties.
