Their highly-intelligent SaaS platform/CRM allows product and UXR teams to conduct research exponentially easier. They have solved a real problem and have brought on very notable accounts! As one of their early members of the Account Executive team, youll work closely with leadership to strategize the sales roadmap, work hard and have fun doing it!THIS POSITION MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF YOU DESIRE AND ENJOY:Joining a fast-growing startup with a stellar work culture and have the ability to make an immediate impact on the growth of an industry-leading, category-defining tech startup.Having the trust, development, and resources needed to empower you to do what you do best: sell a one-of-a-kind solution that's solving important problemsWorking in a greenfield with unlimited growth potentialHunting for and closing new business with enterprise and mid-market accountsThe opportunity to take your career to the next levelWorking in a high-energy, hybrid environment (remote, but will meet occasionally in NYC office)WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGTarget Research and Research Ops leaders at MM and Enterprise organizationsMaintain a healthy sales pipeline by keeping momentum in every step of the process with a well-designed plan for success.Develop a deep understanding of the market, competition, and identifying potential sales opportunities.Run full-cycle sales, prioritizing pipeline growth and driving leads to a close.Conduct demos and lead presentations to a broad range of stakeholders.Build sales collateral and share learnings to help increase the efficiency of the sales process.Act as a voice of the customer, providing critical feedback to Marketing, Design, and Engineering.Develop warm outbound strategies.Collaborate with their dynamic team - Product, to inform roadmap decisions. Marketing, to refine positioning and messaging. CS, to create a smooth handoff and consistent customer journeyWHO YOU ARE:4+ years in a new business quota-carrying, full cycle sales role in B2B SaaS.Ideally you have 3+ years of experience selling into enterprise accounts with the ability to influence and manage multiple decision makers.Proven capability to own and exceed $1m quota while closing ~$100k deals.Prior sales experience at a startup, requiredSaaS sales experience is a requirement.Must be a hunter with experience getting net new business!Demonstrated record of consistently hitting/exceeding quota in previous roles.Prior experience in the UXR space or selling to Heads of Product, Research, or Design, preferredExperienced and comfortable selling to C-Suite and VP's at the mid-market and enterprise level.Exceptional communication skills via email, text, presentations, and proposals with the ability to articulate impact with brevity.Optimistic and gracious outlook while maintaining a competitive mindsetPassionate about User Research "” you understand that continuously talking to users is how great products are built.
