Learn more about us at As a Fleet Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and readiness of our rental fleet in San Francisco. Reporting to the Fleet Operations Manager, your primary duties will involve inspections, validation, basic vehicle maintenance, and cleaning.Key *Vehicle Inspection and * Ensure interior and exterior cleaning of the rental fleetBasic ** Perform tasks like tire changing and other basic vehicle maintenanceSafety & Quality ***** Identify and promptly report any vehicle damages, dashboard warnings, or safety concerns.Customer ***** Provide assistance to customers, addressing basic questions and concerns.Vehicle ***** Manage the pickup and drop-off of vehicles at our service vendors.Effective ***** Relay vital information regarding the fleet to the Fleet Management team.
