Were seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the ranks and be the spearhead of further growth for the years to come!Key **Lead and manage multiple construction projects.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.Provide leadership to project managers, engineers, and other team members.Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.Mentor and develop project staff to enhance their performance and career growth.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors.Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and projects.Assist in the preparation of proposals and bids for new projects.Monitor project financials, including cost control and revenue forecasting.Ensure projects achieve financial targets and profitability.Approve project budgets, change orders, and invoices.Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and company policies.Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on highways, bridges, and rail projects.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and financial management tools.Extensive knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations.Preferred **Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Experience with Design-Build and Public-Private Partnership (P3) projects.* Competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and performance bonuses.Equal Opportunity ** Our company is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
