As we expand our presence, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join the team.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the brand in New York City, New Jersey and Connecticut. Your primary responsibilities will include:Account Management & Growth:Develop and manage relationships across on-premise, off-premise, and retail accounts, with a strong focus on off-premise and retail channels.Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and open new accounts to expand the brand's footprint.Distribution Management:Collaborate with distributors to ensure optimal product availability, placement, and performance.Monitor distributor activities, ensuring alignment with sales targets and brand standards.Lead periodic business reviews with distributor partners to assess progress and set goals.Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets.Work closely with marketing teams to execute promotional activities, tastings, and events that drive product visibility and consumer engagement.Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and deliver results.Team Collaboration & Reporting:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, product launches, and initiatives.Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive activity.RequirementsLocation: Must be based in one of New York City's five boroughs and have a deep understanding of the local market dynamics.Experience:Proven track record in sales, with a focus on the spirits industry.Strong experience in distribution management is essential.Demonstrated success managing and growing off-premise and retail accounts.Skills:Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.Knowledge:Familiarity with local market trends, key accounts, and competitive landscape.Understanding of compliance and regulatory aspects of the spirits industry.What They OfferCompetitive base salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package.Opportunity to work with a growing, innovative spirits brand.Career development and growth opportunities.How to ApplyIf you're passionate about spirits, have a strong sales background, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!
