In this role, you'll drive revenue growth by selling Finch's advertising solutions to local, regional, and national brands. You'll leverage your media sales expertise to showcase the value of Finch's digital out-of-home (DOOH) network, build strong relationships with advertisers, and exceed sales targets.ResponsibilitiesSales and Client AcquisitionIdentify and prospect potential advertisers, focusing on industries and brands that align with Finch's audience and platform.Develop customized sales pitches and presentations that highlight the value of Finch's DOOH network.Close deals and secure long-term advertising partnerships.Account ManagementMaintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.Provide strategic recommendations to clients, helping them maximize ROI on their advertising campaigns.Campaign CoordinationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.Monitor campaign performance and share insights and reporting with clients.Market ExpertiseStay up-to-date on trends in digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising and the broader media landscape.Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, and media buyers.QualificationsExperience: 2+ years of media sales experience, preferably in DOOH, digital media, media planning, media buying, or have an advertising related Bachelors Degree.Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Relationship Building: Strong ability to cultivate relationships with advertisers, agencies, and key decision-makers.Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights to clients.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools, presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint), and familiarity with ad tech platforms.Compensation ***** $55,000-$59,000 base salary + uncapped commission - OTE $100,000 - $120,000Join Finch and help shape the future of digital out-of-home advertising.
