***** Apex Systems***** Hilton ***** Partnerships Contractor Manager***** 12 Month Pay ***** $50 an hour, with some room for negotiation ***** Mclean, VAWhat were looking **- Well-organized manager and planner, who is flexible and adaptable- An energetic, forward-leaning, self-starter who takes ownership and initiative- A collaborative team-player who brings people together helping synchronize vision and plans- An excellent communicator who advances the work by building clear understanding, identifying knowledge gaps, expectations, and deadlinesWhat youll be ** Strategic Contractor Partnerships Responsibilities• Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to define Account plans for partner relationship• Support the account plans by setting up campaigns, reporting, and campaign analysis, for a select pool of partners• Support creative approvals process, promotion design, legal approval, and external communications, to ensure successful deployment of all partnership initiatives and promotions• Drive problem resolution with internal resources as well as the partner to ensure standards are met and potential risks are mitigated• Actively monitor the partnership landscape and share findings• Support priority projects to build new capabilities and processes or strengthen existing ones• Provide regular status reporting, including issues escalation and mitigation plans, coordination of materials for management meetings and business reviewsTo fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Partnership and/or Marketing role- Relationship and client management experience- High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook preferred- junior level (3-5 years experience)
