LINCs experienced management team, with its state-of-the-art technology, provides customized logistics solutions to its customers resulting in proven efficiencies and savings.This is a 3rd shift working Monday-Friday from 10:00*Responsibilities will include but not be limited *Management of inventory and material flow per shiftQuality and safety compliance management involving company policies and proceduresInteracting with the customer on a daily basis, and ensuring customer satisfactionVarious reports related to production, quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepanciesAct as a liaison between the company and customers forming and maintaining positive relationshipsOther tasks delegated by the customer and/or General ManagerThe ideal candidate should possess the ****0-5 years supervisory or management experience in a warehousing, distribution or transportation environmentBachelor's or Associate's degree preferredEffective oral and written communication skillsStrong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft OfficeProblem solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detailStrong work ethic, ability to multitaskA competitive and career oriented mindset
