In preparation for continued growth, Albert, the Chan family, and the CCI Prime team have invested in a state-of-the-art facility to respond to growing demand from new and existing customers.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Representative & Business Development professional to drive growth in the Asian Grocery and Foodservice channels within the San Francisco, Bay Area, and Sacramento territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the food industry, an established network within the Asian grocery and foodservice markets, and a passion for building relationships and expanding our footprint in this competitive market.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Asian grocery stores and foodservice channels to drive brand growth and product adoption.Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, including grocery chains, foodservice operators, and distributors.Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the Asian grocery and foodservice sectors.Promotional Activities: Coordinate and execute promotional activities, including in-store demonstrations, tastings, and events, to increase product visibility and drive sales.Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless customer experience and to communicate customer feedback and trends.Sales Reporting: Track and report sales performance metrics, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and territory analysis.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the consumer market. Experience with Asian grocery or foodservice market a plus.Knowledge: Thorough knowhow in consumer product retail business and good knowledge in Asian grocery landscape, foodservice channels, and consumer trends in the Bay Area and Sacramento.Skills:Sales Acumen: Proven track record in sales and business development, with an ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales data, supporting data-driven decision-making.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present products and negotiate effectively.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.Location: Ability to travel within the San Francisco, Bay Area, and Sacramento region as needed. Expectation that the individual lives in the Bay Area or Sacramento.
