Position Title: Account ManagerDescription:At Eliasan Consulting, client relationships are our top priority. We're looking for a dedicated and personable Account Manager to maintain client accounts and serve as a main point of contact in our Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service. Applicants should also be proficient in project management, B2B business development, and financial management. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This position also requires occasional domestic and international travel.Apply today and help us build meaningful, long-lasting relationships that move our business forward.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a lead point of contact for customer account management mattersDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive leadershipOversee and implement projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputManage client project budgets, including tracking spending across several funding sourcesWork with executive and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being metCommunicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersIdentify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the Executive team regularlyForecast and track key account metricsResolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trustAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededRequirements & Skills:B.A./B.S. degree in International Business, International Studies/Relations, Business Administration, or relevant field of study3+ years of account management or relevant work experienceDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelProven track record in Team Leadership and Project ManagementAbility to collaborate with global cross-functional teams and drive resultsUnderstanding of international business and international trade principlesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skillsExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Google Apps, QualtricsRelevant industry certifications or graduate degrees are a plus.Work Hours & Benefits:This role is a hybrid position that will require up to 1-2x/week in our Seattle office. General working hours will be Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm local time, but flexible schedules are welcome. Applicants must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to WA. This role also requires occasional domestic and international travel.
